Who we are

What we collect
Only what you type into the booking form: your name, your email, your store link, your monthly revenue range, the plan you are interested in, and your message if you write one.
We do not ask you to create an account and we do not buy data about you from anyone.
Why we use it
To reply to your request, set up the call and prepare it. The legal basis is the steps you ask us to take before a possible contract (GDPR article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in following up a business enquiry (article 6(1)(f)).
We do not use your details for advertising and we never sell or rent them.
Who can see it
The Nyx Pay team, and the providers that handle it for us: our website host ([hosting provider]).
If you book a call, the calendar is provided by Cal.com. It receives the details you confirm there (name, email, notes) and sends you the invite.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. When they do, the transfer is covered by a European Commission adequacy decision or by standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Three years after our last exchange with you, then we delete it. If you become a client, your details are kept for as long as the contract requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, to limit how we use them, to object to their use, or to receive a copy. Write to [privacy email] and we reply within one month.
If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to your data protection authority. In France, that is the CNIL (cnil.fr).
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and loads no advertising or tracking scripts. Fonts are served from our own server. The Cal.com calendar only loads after you send the form.
